Form your team, set your goals, and melt away! Teams of five will participate in a 12 week weight loss challenge complete with biweekly weigh-ins, newsletters, last chance workouts, discounts on massage and personal training services, team and individual prizes. Teams won’t have to take this journey alone; each team will be assigned a YMCA certified Personal Trainer to put you in the right direction and keep you on track. Registration begins December 7th.

SUPER TEEN SUNDAY
January 31st
Free at the YMCA for 7th to 12th graders. Activities include walleyball, dodgeball, swimming, basketball and more. Bring a parent or guardian and receive a FREE week pass to the YMCA. Sponsored by the YMCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Council for Union County Families, Union County Health Department, Independent Living Program, Here 4 Hope and Consolidated Care, Inc.

Adventure Guides
Adventure Guides is a program for fathers (or other significant
adult) and children designed to help foster a lifetime of
understanding and companionship and to strengthen the
relationship between parent and child. As an Adventure
Guide, you and your child will join a circle with other families
and participate in games, crafts, camping trips and other
activities.
Kindergarten - 4th grade
Fees: $75 - Father and one daughter, $25 - for each additional daughter
(Additional fees for outings.)
