Body Recall
Body Recall is designed to help people reclaim the variant of movement and strength that helps make living pleasurable. Body Recall is ideal for overweight, diabetic, those recovering from surgery, illness or injury, heart patients or anyone looking for a low-key beginning exercise program. According to Dorothy Chrisman, who developed the program in 1978, “It’s a refresher course in how to correctly perform the skills with which we are already familiar” “It is a review of movement we once used when we felt more agile & youthful” Often times simple household chores we used to take for granted can be painful even agonizing as we age. Many seniors enrolled in Body Recall find themselves capable of participating in various activities they previously avoided! Contact the front desk for more information.
