Personal Training
Your YMCA’s team of personal trainers are a group of certified and experienced professionals dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Your time and health are valuable, so make sure you get the most out of your membership and each work out. Whether you are an adult, teen or youth, consulting with a personal trainer will enable you to get started with a professionally designed and individualized exercise program. Personal training is a service exclusively for YMCA members.

10 Sessions including fitness

Stay Fit $225
10 Sessions including fitness
assessment, program design and
personalized instruction. This package
is for members participating in personal
training on an ongoing basis.
Buddy Fit $400
10 Sessions for you and a friend with a
personal trainer including fitness
assessment, program design and
personalized instruction.
Group Training Classes
A great fit for first timers looking for direction and guidance or more experienced fitness buffs seeking really fun and energizing workouts. Group Training allows you to get the attention of a personal trainer in a group environment at an unbeatable price. Small groups of 3-6 participants meet with a trainer 1-2 times per week and work on common goals. Classes include:
Wonder Women –This class is designed
specifically for women and their unique
fitness needs and will focus on toning,
firming and strengthening. Meets 2 days a
week. $50/8 classes
Hard Core Training – Don’t let the name
scare, you this class is for anyone
committed to getting in better shape.
Participants will get a total body work out
with special attention on the mid section. $50/ 8 classes
Fitness Camp – Two days a week of
focused fitness. This class will focus on
toning, firming and overall conditioning. $50/ 8 classes
Indoor Cycle Club - This class is designed to make
you a fitter, stronger, faster cyclist. Each week will take you through two training
sessions that are designed to increase your
speed, power and overall efficiency. Cycle
Club is for members who enjoy riding their
bike outside but want to get more out of it
and have fun. $50/ 8, 1 hour classes
Customized classes also available by request for families, teams and corporate groups.
