Every member receives a free fitness center orientation with their Union County Family YMCA membership. Fitness center orientations include a complete orientation
to exercise equipment and helpful guidelines and exercise tips.

Please sign up at the FrontDesk for your FREE Fitness Center orientation.

Each month the YMCA will focus on a
particular health topic. You will find
information on the topic at the front desk
and in the fitness center.
Heart Disease Prevention Workshop: 7 steps to prevent Heart Disease
September 18th 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Currently in the U.S. 1 out of 2 people die of Heart Disease. 20 percent of children 5 and up already have plaque in their arteries.
Don’t become a statistic!!
Cancer Prevention Workshop: Steps to Prevent Cancer
October 16th 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
700,000 people die per year in the U.S. from cancer and 1 out of 300 children are currently getting diagnosed with cancer!!
Diabetes Workshop:
November 20th 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Obesity is at an all time high in the U.S. 1 out of 3 children are developing diabetes. Learn how to prevent your children from becoming one of the statistics.

YMCA Members: $35 $20
Non-Members: $45 $30
