****All YMCA Gymnastics Instructors are certified in CPR and First Aid****
of the instructors and gymnasts. This may include: leotards, or snug
fitting t-shirt and shorts. Hair needs to be pulled back, and no jewelry.
Please no tights with feet as this is slipping hazard to the gymnast.
(Ages 1½ -3 years)
Mondays 11:00 - 11:45 AM (“Open Gym” format) or
Mondays 5:30 - 6:15 PM or
Mondays 6:30 - 7:15 PM
This class is designed for parents and children. Participants will develop and improve coordination and large motor skills through basic gymnastics. This class will include forward and backward rolls, skipping, jumping, and low balance beam skills.
YMCA Members: $25/session
Non Members: $45/session
Mondays 5:30 - 6:15 PM or
Mondays 6:30 - 7:15 PM
