Youth |
All youth who have not completed twelfth grade. |

| College | A full time college student. |

| Adult | Individuals who have completed the twelfth grade or discontinued school attendance, and older individuals. |

| Family | Parents and dependant children through age 23. |
|||
| Single Parent | One parent and dependant children through age 23. |

| Married Couple | Includes husband and wife with no legal dependants. |

| Scholarships | ||||
It is the policy of the YMCA to provide services to all those who need them regardless of the ability to pay for those services. The intent of this policy is to provide financial assistance to those for whom the YMCA's fees are not affordable. United Way funds and the annual YMCA sustaining campaign provide scholarships. Applications for scholorships are available at the Member Service desk. the YMCA provides scholarship assistence for those unable to pay the progam and/or membership fees. |

The YMCA's annual sustaining campaign allows friends of the YMCA to make a donation so no child will ever have to be turned away from the YMCA. You can help make a difference in the lives of the children in our community. |

The YMCA provides scholarship assistance for those unable to pay the program and/or membership fees. | ||||
| Code of Conduct | ||||
In keeping with the Union County Family YMCA mission of providing progames that will help you grow spiritually, mentally, and physically, the Union County Family YMCA has established a code of conduct. In order to provide a positive atmosphere at the Union County Family YMCA it is essential that all participants: |

| -Show respect for other participants and staff | ||||
| -avoid altercations and fighting | ||||
| -Avoid the use of abusive or offensive language | ||||
| -Abide by the posed regulations in activity areas | ||||
Violations of the Code of Conduct may be grounds for suspension of membership privileges. Repeated or flagrant violations will be grounds for permanent revocation of membership privileges. Terminated memberships will not be refunded. |

| Refund Policy | ||||
Refunds may be authorized only by written request. Full refunds are only given with a doctor's request or if the YMCA cancels a class. A minimum of $5 administrative fee will be assessed to all other refunds. refunds will take 2 -3 weeks to process. The Executive Director will determine exact refund amount. Credits can ony be used for up to 12 months from issue date. |
