Tons of fun for your preschooler! Weekly themes, exciting crafts, swimming, and gym play for the kids. YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility are incorporated into daily activities.  Classes run from 9am – 11:30am. Please contact the YMCA for details.

K.A.R.E. 

Kids Afterschool Recreation Education

K.A.R.E. is before and after school childcare for all children in the Marysville School District.  Offering fitness education, nutritional guidance, designated study time, swimming and much more!  We can pick your child up from most Marysville Schools.

 

K.A.R.E. is also available at Plain City Elementary and North Union Elementary.

The YMCA offers a variety of activities for your children.  When the weather is nice, there is a playground to play on.  When the weather is cold, the children can play in the gym or go swimming in the heated pool!

Christi Meuser  – Childcare Coordinator

Christi began at the Y as a member but joined the YMCA team 1 ½ years ago. She has brought with her a wealth of experience in child development. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from The University of Dayton. Christi gained 10 years of experience as a Lead Teacher and Course Instructor for Nationwide Children’s Hospital before taking time off to raise her three sons. Christi also has a wide variety of volunteer and internship experience with at risk families. Together these experiences have allowed her to form exceptional programs for our students as well as build a positive relationship with families here at the Union County Family YMCA.
